The Immigration Appeal System is a document preparation platform managed under TYH & Co. This platform provides structured document preparation services to help individuals organise and format immigration appeal submissions for Malaysia immigration cases.

This platform does not constitute legal advice. Use of this platform does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and TYH & Co. or any of its operators, representatives, or affiliated entities.

The documents generated by this platform are templates and structured submissions prepared based on the information you provide. The accuracy, completeness, and outcome of any submission depends on the information you provide and the discretion of the relevant immigration authority.

TYH & Co. makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty as to the outcome of any immigration appeal, review, or application. Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities.

If you require legal advice or legal representation, you should consult a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Malaysia.

2. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided once payment is confirmed.

This policy exists for the following reasons:

• The document package is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Your case details are processed and all 9 documents are generated specifically for your case at the time of payment.
• Once generated and sent, the documents constitute a consumed digital product that cannot be returned.
• The service is provided in full immediately after payment and cannot be recalled.

By completing payment on this platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy and that you understand the nature of the digital product being purchased.

If you believe there is a technical issue with your delivery (such as not receiving your email), please contact us at the email listed on this platform with your case reference number. We will investigate and resend your documents if appropriate.

Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without contacting us first will be contested with documentary evidence of service delivery.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you as part of the appeal submission process. This section explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Passport number, nationality, and date of birth
• Immigration case details including dates, reasons, and explanation text
• Supporting documents you voluntarily upload
• Payment transaction reference (we do not store your card details; payments are processed by Stripe)

How We Use Your Information:

• To prepare your immigration appeal document package
• To deliver your documents by email
• To provide you with case status updates
• To send a follow-up reminder if you did not complete your submission (abandonment email, sent once)

Data Storage: Your information is stored on secured servers in compliance with standard data protection practices. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data Retention: We retain your case data for up to 12 months from the date of purchase for customer support purposes. After that period, data is deleted from our systems.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card or payment card details on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.

Your Rights: You may request deletion of your data by contacting us with your case reference number. We will process deletion requests within 14 days.

By using this platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

4. Terms of Use

By using this platform, you agree to the following:

• You are submitting accurate information. Providing false information may constitute a criminal offence under Malaysian law.
• This platform is a document preparation service only. It is not a substitute for legal advice.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. TYH & Co. is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate input.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
• You may not use this platform for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent documents to any authority.
• TYH & Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its discretion.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
